MONSTER SNICKER BAR COOKIES
Makes 20 HUGE cookies

"Want to bake a cookie that will wow the kids? This is the one."

3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, room temp
1 1/4 cups peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
20 miniature Snicker candy bars, unwrapped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients: set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add flour, mixture. Mix well.

Shape about 1/4 cup of dough around each candy bar, making sure bar is completely covered. Place 4 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet, about 9 cookies per sheet.

Bake for 13-15 minutes or until light golden brown and puffy.
Cool 10 minutes, then remove from cookie sheets and cool on wire racks.
