Hi ya David -- to be perfectly honest i have not read alot of your posts due to time restrictions and i KNEW they would be toooo interesting to put down BUT
i really read this one and it is WONDERFUL!! you really are a kind soul -- thank you and thanks for the pork tips we love pork but you are right they do tend to be dry unless you buy cheap "butts" and who wants that for dinner party??
