one pound at a time

Misc.

When I frist started All I could think was I can't lose 90 pounds it is just to much. But I could lose 10 so that was my goal. 10 pounds. that was not so hard. Then I thought I can lose 10 more and so on. At that point I only looked at my weight 1 time a month, It was to hard on me when I did every thing right and would not lose anything for a week or 2 or 3 but by the end of a month I would have lost something. That worked for me. I had some one tell me you will not believe how much fun you will have when you lose the weight. that was my thoughts when I wanted to eat, Also this will sound funny, but enjoy the bite you have in your mouth and don't worry about the one on your plate. I realized I ate so fast to get the next bite , Why? the next one would not taste better then the one in my mouth Slow down and enjoy each bite. Tell your self you are worth it, don't let anyone tell you different. Start today and tomarrow will be fun. Hope to hear from you again.
