One pound at a time

Misc.

Shyanne,
My name is Anna. In the past two years I have put on an extra 50 pounds. I am now at the decision to lose it, I'm just not sure I can do it. I have been trying to cook lowfat foods for me and my husband, but I keep running out of good ones. I don't have much imagination when it comes to good recipes. Can you give me some tips or links?

Thank you sooo much! You are an inspiration to me. Congratulations on your weight loss.
