Thank you so much for your kind words. I would be glad to post some recipies give me a better idea what you like. My tips Drink the water. If you do nothhing else do that.
Next try to take 10 pounds off, you can do that. I remember thinking 100 is just to much it can't be done, but I could lose 10. Start... you can diet for 3 days right! just do that . don't try to see the 50 pounds but 10 don't think forever think 3 days.
Don't weigh yourself everyday it is to hard. I would start with once a month. I eat 20-25 grams of fat a day. and one day a week I eat 40 do if I want to eat out with the family I don't feel like I have ruined it. If you do blow it Just blow this meal not the day. and one more thing enjoy the bite you have in your mouth. not the one you see on your fork. in other words slow down when you eat. Let me know if I can do anything else to help. You can do this really!!!!!
