With your growing boys, I suspect you would all eat a huge bundt cake in no time flat, and even if you didn't, I think this one would freeze really well. Also, I have found that if you halve a bundt cake recipe, you can make it in a 9x5x3-inch bread pan very successfully. You just don't get the pretty shape you get from a bundt cake but the taste is still there:-)
