Sorry, Pat, I don't have the recipe. I had the chicken salad I described at a trendy bistro in Washington, DC. I'm not brave enough to make my own mayonnaise. However, I'm sure you can find a recipe for mayonnaise here on TRL, and if you don't find one that includes tarragon, just add some to taste. In fact, you might experiment with using purchased mayo and dressing it up with tarragon.
