Peggy (and others) your lemon chicken ...

Misc.
Hi Peggy & all I was just fishing for a simple meat to serve for a dinner party next week for 14
Your lemon chicken sounded very good, good flavor.
I was not looking at it for saving time however.
Do you think I could pound and saute ahead, place in a 9x13 and leave in oven for a little with the glaze on it? I would not want to have to be a the stove right before serving, trying to cook it up.
this sounds simple in taste and might look very nice with a sprig of parsley & twist of lemon atop.

ANYONE know how to twist lemon while I talking here? I could see these diped in the glaze just a bit, do ya see what I am seeing?
Thanks for any input
