Basting your turkey with Orange juice should do the trick. I first start with 2 cans of chicken broth and then baste with 2 cups orange juice. The turkey should be buttered to begin with. Your drippings/gravy will have a tinge of sweetness. Same thing happens if you basate with a mixture of chicken broth and maple syrup or molasses at the end.
