this chicken is ...

Misc.

REALLY good!
I just made 5 breasts not exactly like you said but similar and I will do for the party!!
I really liked the idea of the bags but i think after tasteing I will do this becuase of the quantity involved. I spell it out because if anyone sees a flaw they can help me fix and so that if anyone else want to do this it is here waiting :)
I will pound chiken day before. I'll do extra breasts. (Caution put cutting board under surface, in my delight for the recipe I forgot, marred counter! old anyway).
day of I will take my Roaster oven and melt butter in it, I will add my chicken breasts turn up high for a few minuites, then down, will add sloshes of lemon juice ( I know fresh would be better but convience and all) and fresh parcley, sprinkel with lemon pepper ( i like the REALLY lemon flavor!) cover and let sit till almost ready to serve, at that time I will take VERY thinly sliced lemons and place one on each, turn up heat cover and let sit oh 5 min more(?) serve to warm platter and garnich with more fresh parsley.
YUMMMMM!!!!!
thanks! this is healthy as well and i don';t have too many of the healthy recipe ideas in use for company.
