My grandmother is Latvian as well. They are called Peroges. They are bacon, ham, and onion in a crecent roll. You fry up the baken, ham and onion in a pan then put in Pillsbury crescent rolls, brush with egg and bake on 350 until golden brown. They are my favorite!
