pita stuffers, forgot to mention>>>

I forgot to mention that the local take-away I buy made-up pita rolls from, firstly split the pita in two halves (two circles) add the filling, roll up one piece then re-roll using the other piece of pita. This is then cut in half. The rolling twice keeps the filling firmly in the bread.
