Recipe(tried): Vegetarian Sandwich

Hey Veggie Lover, I am in my first year of college so I know all about things for high school lunch. Here is a veggie sandwich that I first started making and now my sister takes it to high school all the time.

-Your favorite bread (I like 7 grain or rye bread w/ this), alfalfa sprouts, tomato slices, lettuce and provolone cheese. Put as much or as little of each on the sandwich, its really good.

Also depending on what type of vegetarian you are, you could take a bagel and cream cheese too.

My main suggestion (this is what I did) is just to experiment w/ some of your favorite veggies on bread or in a pita.
