Pork Roast

Misc.
We had the 7 up pork roast last evening. I read on the message boards that a lady used ginger ale and liked it also. I had ginger ale so I tried it and was so good. I cooked it in the Nesco electric roaster for 2 hours at 250 degrees. The Nesco cooks really fast.

We had little red potatoes with basil and butter and fresh asparagus. I wish I had a piece of your peach pie.
Tonight we had cold pork sandwiches. They were yummy too. That recipe is a keeper.
