poteeka

Misc.

I too have a recipe for Poteeka (also slovak) in a smaller and easier way to handle. If you are interested in the easier to make version let me know. My grandmother has had this in her family for many years. The dough can be made in a bread machine and the nuts chopped in a coffee grinder. The rolling out part is the only physical labor you will do. Have fun. (The bread machine and coffee grinder are how I make it, the other generations had it harder)
