Question about the Welbilt ABM 6200

Got a question---I just got a Welbilt ABM 6200 and the mixing arm moves v-e-r-y slowly in comparison to my other bread machines. The motor also sounds as though it's straining---and VERY LOUD. I can hear it down in the kitchen from my upstairs office even as I type!
Is this typical for this machine? I've always had Welbilt---in fact, I bought one of their first bread machines on the market decades ago and have always been satisfied with them. However, perhaps the technology has passed them by.
Is there no website for Welbilt? THAT seems a little nuts too!
