Quick & Easy Ham & Bean Soup

Misc.
Does anyone have a recipe for an easy Ham & Bean soup? I would like to have it kind of creamy, but if not, that is okay.
I am cooking the ham shank in my crock pot, and have dried navy beans on hand.
THank you!
