Recipe: Double Treat Cookies and M&M Cookies (using peanut butter)

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
DOUBLE TREAT COOKIES

3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup margarine, melted
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup M&M's
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix the ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

M&M COOKIES

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups M&M's

Mix together first 5 ingredients.

Mix flour and baking soda together; add to above mixture. Mix in M&M's. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 3 minutes before removing to cool on a rack.
