CALICO CORN RELISH
1/2 cup Wish-Bone Russian Dressing
2 1/2 cups cooked corn
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped pimiento
In large bowl, blend Wish-Bone Russian Dressing with corn, celery, onion, and pimiento. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.
Makes about 4 cups relish
