Raspberry jam

Misc.
Christine:
Fresh raspberries make wonderful jam. I always use the recipe that come with Certo liquid pectin. It is easy to understand and the jam comes out perfect every time. Be sure to use the correct amount of sugar. One of my cost conscious friends always skimps on sugar and ends up with syrup instead. The instructions say to sieve out seeds but I've never done that.
