Recipe: 10 Minute Cheesy Mexican Rice (using Minute Rice, Velveeta, and salsa)

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth (1 1/3 cups)
1 cup Taco Bell Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
2 cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
1/4 pound (4 ounces) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
Bring broth and sa1so to boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in rice and Velveeta; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir until Velveeta is melted.
Makes 6 servings
