Please help us to assist you by expanding on how you plan to serve food at your husband's birthday party. Is this a sit down meal or a buffet like table where people can help themselves to food and then mingle? Also, I put "40th birthday" and "over the hill" in the search engines on this sight and there's a lot of info posted. Keep us posted.
