Recipe: Grape Salad (using parsley and garlic)

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
Hi Donna ~ Happy 40th birthday to your hubby. I am posting a few ideas for your outdoor event...keeping in mind that you have three little ones under foot while planning and cooking. Maybe you might want to hire a babysitter and/or helper the day before to make this easier for you.

Anyway, I saw your post about thinking that you would serve chicken. Here are some salad ideas that you might want to also consider. I picked fairly simple recipes that can be made in advance. Buffets with many salads seem to always be a hit.

GRAPE SALAD

"This is very simple and delicious. What I have found is that a people return for more than one serving and it keeps."

1 to 2 pounds Red grapes, sliced in half
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced fine
Rice vinegar, to taste

Mix sliced grapes, parsley, and garlic. Drizzle rice vinegar over all.

Makes 8-10 servings
