RE: BB (about your blueberry muffins)

Misc.

BB,

I still haven't tried your muffin as you said the frozen berries might be too "wet" for this particular recipe. (I want to wait until the berries are in season.) I have tried the recipe given by my local cafe, but it wasn't as good as the ones sold in the shop. (The ownder must have "left out" some secret ingredient(s)...)

Nevertheless, a friend just e-mailed me about your yummy blueberry muffin recipes. (She lives in Kansas.) She said this is definately THE BEST recipe she'd ever tried. She brought the muffins to her office for the morning tea on Friday and everyone just loved these yummy muffins! Since she doesn't know how to use Internet(other than the email), she wanted me to say "THANK YOU" for your post.

As for me, I will try (again) another recipe (that allows frozen berries)for bunch of guys tomorrow morning. (Chris, my fiance is going out to the sea fishing with bunch of male friends (guys=day-out) and would like to take some muffins for munching!) If these are good, I will let you know.
