Sigh. My list would be so long. But I have to agree. It would be my knives. I bought Friedrich Dick knives from Germany. They're expensive and hard to find, but I say worth every penny! My second item (and this sounds so pedestrian) is my Grind and Brew coffee maker. I use it every day. I got so sick and tired of grinding coffee every morning. This item does it all for you! Maybe we should discuss our 10 favorite items!

By the way, I'll see if I can find those pans that Brig mentioned.
