re: Two kithcen items you absolutely can't live without? - Good question, Brig!

Misc.
Years ago, while at one of those county fairs - I watched one of those guys demonstrating those peelers that could cut the skin off anything - from winter squash, to potatoes, etc - and I bought TWO of them. If I lost them, I'd be devastated! They DO work and can peel anything so quickly and have remained sharp still many years later.

I also cannot imagine life without my good knives - I bring them along when I work at our clubhouse in the kitchen. I keep them razor sharp and have to remind other people who use them to be very careful!

This is fun, Brig - good idea!
