they are good to me. I should be good to them.

I'm surprised that basically everyone said their knives! I do have good knives and I am particular about the knives I buy but I do admit to letting the sharpening slide.

I should look and see if I can get them sharpened professionally here. I don't know though. Then I'd be afraid of cutting a finger off!

Oh and the Renaissance pans. The new model is called Ticco BUT and there is a big BUT. My pans said right on the label that they were guaranteed for 5 years. I don't see that on the new pans. Lagostina makes other nonstick pans and I checked a few others and they didn't ahve guarantees either. That breaks my heart. Looks like I will have to growl and bite if anyone touches my pans!

Aaaa - don't get too close! Back away from the pans! Slowly now .....(lol.)
