I am in complete LOVE with my Lagostina Renaissance Nonstick pans. I have all three sizes. The largest one I've been using for years and every speck of the nonstick coating is still on the pan. It is truly amazing. I have been very bad on more than one occasion and left it sitting unwashed for more than 24 hours (yes even with a tomato based meal) and still the coating has not budged AT ALL.

Did I say I LOVE these pans?

Expensive here in Canada. $50.00 for the largest pan but worth every single one of those dollars and more. (I've bought mine at different times on sale at Sears and Canadian Tire. (for 1/2 price!)
