PIEROGIES ALFREDO
1 (16.9 ounce) package Mrs. T's Frozen Potato and Onion or Potato and Cheddar Cheese Pierogies
1 (17 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cups boiled ham (6 ounces), cut in thin strips
1 cup frozen tiny peas
Milk (if needed)
Ground black pepper
Boil pierogies according to package directions; drain and keep warm in the saucepan.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce, ham and peas over medium heat until hot, about 10 minutes (thin with milk, if needed).
Stir in drained pierogies and season with pepper to taste; heat until hot, about 2 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if desired.
Makes 4 servings
