re: Clay Baker Roast Turkey - Correction to Recipe

I made a significant error in my original recipe post for Clay Baked turkey.
You must REDUCE BY 30 MINUTES as opposed to adding 15 minutes to the recommended cooking time for roasting given on the bird label. Temperatures remain as stated.

The total time I posted for a 12lb. bird is correct also, and I apologize for this inconvenient correction.
I do hope the editor can assist by placing this post close to the original. The Clay Baker method is VERY good and worth the effort as it becomes "second nature" once you've done it.
