CART DE FRISCO CHICKEN SANDWICH

Kit makes the sauces at another place to keep it secret, so even employees don't know exactly what's in the sauces. This is what I know from asking them.

Onion bun with garlic oil spread on it and toasted.

Chicken may be marinated overnight, from what others said, then par boiled, then cooked on the bbq with a basting sauce.

Sauces that I know of are Honey glaze with red pepper bits in it, I have to get that one light, because she told me that is the one that has a little heat. Plum sauce and also a peanut puree with sesame seeds.

The slaw is a mix of red and green cabbage with a peanut vinaigrette. One time she told me it might have a little heat in it. I also think they might pour a little of the garlic oil over it.

Nobody will know how the sauces are made! Asian store says he buys a plum sauce and thick soy sauce there, but that doesn't tell you what kind of how to make sauces.
