re: Cleaning a bread machine paddle/blade

Misc.
Hi Jimmy,

I like to spritz a little non-stick cooking spray (like PAM) on the paddle/blade before adding the bread ingredients. If a loaf sticks to the sides of the pan, you can slide a rubber or silicone spatula around the loaf to help release it. Be sure to account for the blade before slicing - it can sometimes hide in the loaf.

If you send me your model number I may have a manual for it that I can e-mail you.

Happy Baking!
