Re: Crabmeat and Spinach Casserole - baking for Diane, WI

Hi Diane:-) I checked my cookbook, and evidently it isn't baked. The recipe is in the cookbook, The Southern Junior League Cookbook, "The best recipes from the famous Junior League cookbooks of the South" that I have. There is no mention of putting it in a casserole and baking it. It does seem odd that there are no baking directions since it is a "casserole." It seems to me that you could bake it at 325 - 350 degrees F. until it is heated through??!? I'm sorry that I can't be more helpful. I have not tried the recipe so the best I can say is to give it a try and let us know how it turned out for you. On the positive side, most of the recipes in the Junior League cookbooks are excellent.
