re: creamy rice pudding

Betsy, I would like to make this stove top, I guess it would work out. Seems it would be easier than the microwave. thanks for replying.

Cathy - I think it should work fine on the stovetop (but, as long as you stay close for the stirring, cornstarch mixtures do cook very nicely in the microwave) If you have a rice cooker, I would use that for the rice portion of the recipe. Have fun! - Betsy
