re: Diabetic Cake Recipe

In response to your question on diabetic (sugar free) cake recipes....I manage a local Cafe and Own a Specialty Cake business....You can substitute SPLENDA in ANY recipe you find and like. Splenda measures EXACTLY the same as sugar...if the recipe calls for 2 cups sugar you just put in 2 cups splenda instead, same with frosting. Hope this helps!!
