re: Dough problems

Misc.
Hi Mo - Kelly gave some good advice. the method she mentioned - tray over pan of hot water is the way I taught my daughter as 'fool proof' a number of years ago.

There are several other things I - and others have used - some work for one - some for another. I've read about a woman who often puts her dough in her car - which she has parked in the sun! Closes the door and its a nice enclosed space! I've never tried that one.

In the home we had before this one - I often brought my dough into the master bedroom --- as it had a sky light and great exposure to sun ... it worked wonderfully well - whereas the kitchen was in a much cooler area. I've heard of people putting the dough on top of their dryer, refrigerator, etc. So I guess a lot of it is in deciding what is a good spot in YOUR home!

Good luck with your baking!
