re: Heating pad for rising dough

I usually set the heating pad on a cutting board and the bread on top, just make sure your heating pad is just warm, cover the dough with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, I have never had any trouble, I used to have an oven with a pilot light ,I would put the bread in the oven and leave the door partly open, that worked great.
