Re:Freezing Mashed Potatoes

I also freeze my left-over mashed potatoes. Just put whatever potatoes are
left in a freezer container of some sort. I use a quart freezer bag and just
keep adding until its full. Then on days when I'm too busy (or lazy) to fuss
with potatoes, just partially thaw, pop into a bowl and microwave. Taste like
you just made them. Also works good for casserole toppings or other recipes
that call for mashed potatoes.
