Re: Freezing Pierogie Casserole for Dana - BC

Hi Dana :-) I have made this casserole but halved it for our small family. It really is good :-)!! I see no reason why it would not freeze well since Shepherd's Pie with mashed potato topping seems to freeze quite well. Maybe someone will reply who has actually frozen this casserole before but I do think it would be fine.
