Re: GNC bars
Misc.Dear Princess,
I went to GNC and they had so many bars I could not remember which one you liked. But I read the ingredients and most of them have any where from 2.5 to 7 grams of total fat in each bar and are sweeten with a combination of corn syrup, rice syrup, juice concentrate and sugars.
When I have madE my own bars, I boiled the sweeteners from 2 - 3 minutes then poured the sweeteners on to the dried ingredients mixing quickly. Then pour the whole thing into a 8 X 8 inch pan and allow to harden and cut into squares later..
Try experimenting, you might come up with a better recipe. Bon feasting.
Sincerely,
Vivian
