re: Great American Cookie Co Chewy Pecan Cookies

I used this recipe and didn't have good results. The dough was more like batter, even after freezing and refrigerating overnight, per instructions, it was too soft and ran all over the cookie sheet. They taste fine but the cookies are about 1/4 inch in thickness. I think they need less sugar (sugar or syrup)or more flour. The following day they were a sticky, chewy mess, all stuck together.
