Recipe(tried): Lowfat Cake in a Mug - Trial and Error

Today I made the lowfat cake in a mug in the microwave adding 1 Tablespoon of egg replacement along with the 4 Tablespoons of diet soda. I think it is more moist this way. It did rise up and over the edge of the mug, but was still tasty!
