Here's an easy one that my Mom used to make for me when I was a kid(yrs ago!)

Ice Cream Cake

Buy an angel food cake, or make one youself.
Let ice cream (any flavor)thaw enough to spread.
Slice cake horizonally into 3 layers.
Spread ice cream between layers, then " ice" the whole cake.
Return to the freezer til firm.
