Recipe(tried): Pepe's Salsa

Toppings - Salsas
PEPE'S SALSA

1 or 2 dried abrol peppers
1 or 2 fresh jalapeno peppers
1 can diced tomatoes
8 oz tomato juice (for real)
1/4 cup more or less diced onions
1/4 cup more less fresh diced tomato
Fresh cilantro to taste

In a frying pan spray with Pam or similar and heat abrol until they darken a little, not too much.

Cook jalapeno peppers over stove burner until skin blistered

Put can of tomatoes, tomato juice and all the peppers in a blender and blend until everything is juicy.

Put in bowl and add onion, diced fresh tomatoes and cilantro.

Enjoy

Remember that some people like things hotter then others. Experiment for your own taste buds.
