re: Making Rhubarb Pie Wsing Canned Rhubarb -

I don't think it's possible to make a rhubarb pie from canned rhubarb - it's just too soupy. I've made many a rhubarb pie from frozen rhubarb, but can't imagine making one from canned.

I suppose if you thickened the rhubarb by boiling it and thickening with cornstarch, you could make some sort of concoction in a pie crust, but don't think it would be very good.

Maybe someone else has had experience doing what you want.
