Hi Mike;
I had a similar problem with a Panasonic several years ago. I hope yours can be solved as easily as mine was. On your touch pads, push the button that says "clear" a few times and see if that helps, it did with mine. The technician I talked to said that sometimes there are leftover minutes or seconds commands that don't get cleared.
