re: Northwoods Inn Cottage Cheese

Misc.
The Northwoods Inn was a favorite restaurant of Littletonites for decades. (I had my first date with my first and second husbands there...)They were originally in a real log cabin on S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton, sold it to what is now Hudson Gardens, then moved further south off Santa Fe. They didn't do as well in the new location and closed down several years ago. I loved that place and miss it, very much. Their cottage cheese seasoning was the best, along with their sizzling T-Bone steaks! I will try the recipe given for the seasoning, but doubt it is exact. Much luck to all in recreating this wonderful cottage cheese.
