re: olgas peasant soup

I believe that the peasant soup at olgas has ground lamb in it. I imagine the rest is tomato base with veggies and some seasoning. I serve with a garlic cheese ball and some baked pita bread with lawry's seasons on it. This is what I make and to me it's in the ball park. Good Luck.
