re: Olive Garden Minestrone Soup

I was happy to find this recipe since Olive Garden's Minestrone is one of my favorites but I seldom go out to eat....

However, looking at the recipe, I was surprised to see that it doesn't call for tomatoes...is that correct??? I thought it had some in it????
