re: original hot brown sandwich - I am working on it

Good Morning. As you probably know that sandwich was pioneered by Chef Fred K. Schmidt in 1926. It contains turkey, bacon, pimientos, & mornay sauce then it is placed under the broiler to melt the cheese. I have contacted someone who I believe may have that recipe. If I get it in a day or two I will post it, so stay tuned every day, have a nice day.
